Convenient location! 🏖️ It's just a short walk to Livadakia beach.

The room was clean and exceptionally nice with a balcony, had a good night's sleep. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were a huge plus. Everyone was affable as well as owner.

Our twin room was spotless and offered a nice view. the location of this place, right next to Anemos Cafe, was amazing 🌅. It was super convenient to check out restaurants and bars nearby.

had 4 nights in livadi, spending my time here lovely. the location was marvellous, walk from a ferry port, so it was really easy to travel around. tried some nice meals at porto vecchio, located minutes from the hotel. booked a double room with a balcony. loved having the balcony to enjoy the sea view. amicable staff members provided a few recommendations.

The amazing staff upgraded us to a comfy room with comfortable beds. Had coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware at our disposal. It was in a marvellous and perfect location walk from bars and restaurants.

I had a wonderful time during my 2-night stay, the staff here were friendly and welcoming.

We had the pleasure of staying at Akti Rooms And Studios in Serifos and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry and right in the heart of the town. Our room overlooked the main street and the beach, offering a beautiful view. It was cozy and cleaned daily, with all the amenities we needed. The spacious and quiet terrace with garden and mountain views was a great place to relax. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check out. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is total perfection! The location is jaw-droppingly good - right in the heart of the action, yet so peaceful. Restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are all within a stone's throw. The room itself is super clean and oh-so-nice, with a mind-blowing sea view. The wifi is lightning-fast, and the host is unbelievably kind and helpful. I can't recommend these rooms highly enough!

In some rooms, the noise from the nearby bars and restaurants can be bothersome, especially on weekends.

loved my stay at akti rooms and studios! margarita's greek hospitality was exceptional. the beachfront property was central but peaceful, with clean rooms and daily housekeeping. margarita's recommendations about the island were spot on. exceeded my previous stay in livadi!
